Dear Ms. Lunelle,

The United States Department of Defense and the so-called “Naming Commission, and, arguably, the United States Congress in their decision to remove the integrated Confederate Reconciliation Memorial Shrine at Arlington National Cemetery was an unconstitutional action to again force the South into segregation of its armed forces.

An act that under Brown v. Topeka Board of Education ruled (segregation) an unconstitutional act.
