Dear Ms. Lunelle,
It was with deep sadness when I learned of the passing of the long time President of the North Carolina Order of the Confederate Rose, the Honorable Ms. Laura Stallard.
She was indeed one of my moms favorite persons of whom she had my moms name installed on an Order of the Confederate Rose Medals.
