Dear Ms. Lunelle,

On Saturday, March 26, 2025, while I was not the Keynote Speaker at the Confederate Memorial Day event at the Capitol building in Montgomery, Alabama, I would be so honored alongside several dignitaries that included a Past Commander of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, the Honorable Paul Grambling (the Keynote) of whom would all give me two minutes of their allotted speaking time when I remarked that I couldn't get my name out in the 5 minutes I had been allocated. A roar of laughter would ensue from everyone gathered as they agreed.

This was a very special and spiritual moment for me because this was the place where the Honorable President Jefferson Davis gave his 1st Inaugural speech on my birthday, February 18th.
