Dear Ms. Lunelle,
My babies would express appreciation to the many who highlighted the Black Confederate soldier during Black History Month.
Especially, so, as when one travels the social media venues and finds the Southern Cross and those who carry it deemed to be “White Supremacists”.
Or, when a scalawag U.S. Army General Robert Abram, Commander of U.S. Korean forces, trashes it with bravado ignoring that this venerated flag was carried by American soldiers during the United Nation’s Police Action called “the Korean War.“.
(The non-mention of it at the Korean War Memorial on the Capitol Mall is a dereliction of history!)
