Dear Ms. Lunelle,
I am forwarding this message from my babies…
While the attempt to stop the removal and destruction of the Confederate Cenotaph at Arlington has been based on procedures as explained to us by Mr. HK who defines us as “his babies”; we and our children will continue to be condemned by this theory of "Corrupt Blood" engrossed in the Bill of Attainder that our ancestors were traitors, an illegal act supported by the United States Congress when introduced by Elizabeth Warren.
The removal of the Confederate Reconciliation Cenotaph at Arlington National Cemetery, we believe, is an illegal act; and unless there is a trial brought forward to determine the legal or illegal act of secession, Cenotaph or not, the people of the South will forever carry the stain and condemnation as traitors for the legal actions of our ancestors to seceded as written in the Declaration of Independence in the Preamble of.......”Whenever any form of Government becomes destructive, it is the Right of the people to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government laying it's foundation on such principles and organizing it's powers in such form, as to them shall most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”
And to destroy the symbol of Reconciliation asked for by a United States President and former Union Officer would have surely affected his happiness as it now does the people of the South who feel once again betrayed.
The Theory of Corrupt Blood falls clearly on the United States Congress and the Department of Defense as they continue to discard the Rule of Law and the Equal Protection afforded Southerners to it by the Constitution of the United States of America.
Thank you and God bless you!
Your brother,
HK
