When one views all the Public Laws written under the guise of giving credence to the integrity of the Confederate forces that usually put them on equal station with the Army of the Potomac to include a Federal pension to him and his wife, one looks at the statements of Elizabeth Warren and her unconstitutional modus operandi to defame him with great disdain justifying her actions leading to the destruction of the hallowed ground marked by the Reconciliation Memorial Shrine at Arlington National Cemetery and rename US military bases named in his honor.
On the Senate floor, she would tout....The Defense Bill now before us includes language "I wrote", and covers more than military bases. It also requires name changes for Federal buildings and streets on those military bases and other installations that celebrate the "traitors" (Bill of Attainder) who took up arms against the United States to defend slavery.
There is no precedent in any Court of law in the United States of America that would substantiate her claim. And as a son of former Southern slaves whose ancestors went off to war alongside his Southern White Master, or one as a Freeman of Color as depicted on the Reconciliation Memorial Shrine at Arlington National Cemetery, in defense of the illegal invasion of his homeland; I ask of the United States Congress to
