Dear Ms. Lunelle,
On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, while at the Ellenboro Fair, I would encounter a group of babies who expressed their amazement in seeing a Black man don in the uniform of the Confederate soldier and, to boot, brandishing the Confederate Battle flag.
I had noticed them while standing off watching Commander Kennedy and I posed for pictures and confabulating with the people.
Finally, they eased over to where we stood. They told us that they were home-schooled and attended the same Church and lived in Mecklenburg County in Inner Charlotte.
They asked if I would come and speak at their school if they could secure permission for me to come? And how much would I charge to do so?
