In a Speech to the League of Nations, the Honorable Condoleezza Rice said that what made America great was that it was a "Nation of Laws"...Rules of law and Equal protection thereof.
However, what the so-called Lawmakers did when they forged and acted upon the 14th Amendment, which drags the Bill of Attainder to the forefront, makes their actions against the men and arguably women who served in the defense of their homeland and Constitutionally-established Confederate States of America an unconstitutional act.
And not to forget the denial of habeas corpus which the Honorable President
