As Chairman of the Board of Advisors Emeritus of the Southern Legal Resource Center, I have watched the South squander legal opportunities that would have prevented the carnage of Southern social and cultural genocide we now face simply because we didn't have the resolve to raise the necessary legal funds to move forward and win. (Dupont in Richmond, General Paul McClaren in Mississippi)
Had the NAACP lawyer been told what the Federal Judge in Richmond told the Honorable Attorney Kirk D. Lyons in the Dupont Case...
Mr. Lyons, I see seven lawyers my court, and you Sir are the only honorable one that I see. Yet I can't rule in your favor because I can't set precedence law in my court. However, in my ruling, I shall leave the path open for you to move forward.
The opportunity was lost. Instead of doing what the NAACP Went to the people who would have baked pies and cakes, held car washes, raffles, had talent shows, held yard salels, bingo games, asked the babies to empty their piggy banks; any and everything to raise the funds to move forward…they would wring their hands, paid some fines and quit.
The victory in the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals (Pensacola) by the Honorable and renowned Attorney David McCallister and his legal team; and the ruling by the three Federal Judges who did their job by avoiding the pressure of outside political influences not to do so; have once again giving the South the opportunity to move forward and put a stop to the eradication of Southern heritage, culture and honor.
I would ask each Attorney separately on Mr. McCallister's team what it would it cost to put up a reputable fight with high expectations to win in the State Court in Florida in this Pensacola case? To a man they all said....
HK, to be honest, we need to raise at least $30,000 to $40,000 to have a decent fighting chance of winning.
To win, it would be a reformation of the highest regard for the rule of law, and equal protection thereof for the people of the South, and send a clear message to the elected demigods that they need to adhere to the people's trust, and not put themselves above the law. To win would be monumentous and effectual for Southern cases in the courts.
In conclusion, I expect to turn over to you approximately $500.00 - from my babies
who are wrapping up their coins from their piggy banks before weeks end for legal funds for Attorney McCallister and his team.
I only wish that my body was able to make a March to help in these endeavors. God bless you!
Your brother,
HK
